They arrived on time they are very comfortable and light, I loved they are cool and cause a soft walk, it is my second day using them and I am very satisfied with them

On the sandal sole the No. 43, but in the "size chart" attached to the product presentation page, the size of the insole (from toe to heel) matched the size of No 45. This led to the acquisition of unintended product, since the size should correspond to 26,5 cm. The biggest problem is the process of Ali Express regarding the return/refund process: time-consuming, bureaucratic and exhausting (tiring). In another process, 28 days have passed and no conclusion is reached. I have to resend documents/images that I had already sent at the opening of the case. Free market gives 100 to 0!
