My head size is about 5 thumbs. It fits well. I don't think the wind will stop properly. If you look closely, there's something like a pool on it, but the tee doesn't work well, so considering the price, it seems to be a cost of value. I think I bought it at around 2500 because the price was all discounted. Just in case, I tried it on and washed my hands as soon as I received it, so I wore it. My mom asked me to buy it after looking at it. I am willing to repurchase.
